The Doña Ana Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association offers a variety of convenient payment options to best suit your needs. Whether you prefer paying online, by mail, or through your bank, we make it easy to stay current on your account.
Online Bill Payment
Pay your bill quickly and securely online. To get started, you’ll need to register your account using your account number and your most recent invoice. Create a username and password, then log in to make a payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note: a 3.25% service fee applies to all debit/credit card payments.

Never miss a due date by enrolling in AutoPay. After registering your account on the payment portal, log in and select the AutoPay option. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information. A green check mark next to AutoPay confirms successful enrollment.
Service fees apply: $1.80 for ACH/EFT payments and 3.25% for debit/credit cards.Payment by Mail
You can mail a check or money order along with your payment coupon to the address listed on your bill. To avoid late fees, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Most banks and credit unions offer online bill pay services. These payments are typically debited from your checking or savings account. Check with your bank regarding any fees or posting times. Payments may take up to 7 business days to process.
