Welcome to Doña Ana Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association!

We’re glad to have you as part of our community. To help make your transition as smooth as possible, Doña Ana Mutual provides clear guidelines and requirements for establishing water and wastewater utility services. Please note that any outstanding balance on the property must be paid in full before service can be established for a new owner or tenant.

Requirements for Residential Property Owners:

  • Completed Application

  • Completed User Agreement

  • ALTA Settlement Statement with signatures or a Warranty Deed

  • Plat Survey

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • One-Time Membership Fee: $75.00 (waived if you already own property within the Association)

  • One-Time Application Fee: $25.00

  • Account Service Activation Fee: $35.00

Requirements for Residential Tenants:

  • Completed Application

  • Rental or Lease Agreement

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Refundable Deposit: $100.00

  • One-Time Application Fee: $25.00

  • Account Service Activation Fee: $35.00

Please Note: All fees are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax.
